Affilate Code is working?

Privet Vsem, i have a problems with PokerBlack tickets , The situation is this. I was reciving a tickets for 2 mounths , after that i stop reciving a tickets , i call support about 4-5 times and they are responding this way:

Maksims: He just sent a request to poker team, the rest depends from them and your affiliate as they need to communicate this.
Sergej: So how can i recive tickets for 2 mounth

Sergej: trully i dont understand
Maksims: Ether way I can not credit these tickets myself, so you need to take it further with the affiliate.

Sergej: And i call them , and they say again the same

Maksims: Then ask them to recheck that, we can not credit these tickets are you were already informed, this has to be comunicated through your affiliate and our poker department.

Sergej: Who to contact? Your support?
Maksims: The affiliate so that they send a request to poker department regarding your account.

Sergej: I recive tickets

Sergej: its not my affilate to call u to unregistred me
Maksims: There is nothing else I can suggest as ether way I can not add this ticket in poker black.
