Team contract

You, the undersigned player (the ‘Player’), may qualify and become a member of the Team (the ‘Team’) being sent to the Rigged in Riga (the ‘Tournament’) by bwin (the ‘Site’).

GENERAL

1. The Site’s objectives in sending the Player to the Tournament are the following:

• participation in the Tournament as a member of the Team;

• giving the Player an opportunity to enjoy live poker while playing in a major tournament.

2. The Tournament ticket is not interchangeable for a cash prize.

SUBSTITUTION TOURNAMENT

3. If the Player is not able to participate in the Tournament, the Player may be provided the opportunity to participate in a substitution tournament of equal or lesser value. If the substitution tournament, in the reasonable opinion of the Site, is of lesser value, the Player will receive the difference in buy-in cash. If no suitable substitution tournament is available, the prize package may be forfeited and default to the second-placed player if there was a qualifier tournament.

4. If the Site is not able to send the Player to the Tournament due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Site or due to reasons associated with the objectives of sending the Player to the Tournament, the Player will be provided the opportunity to participate in a substitution tournament.

5. Any substitution tournament is decided by the Site.

6. If the Tournament is to be held, but the Team, due to reasons set out herein, will not participate in the Tournament, the Site shall notify the Player at least two (2) weeks prior to the Tournament setting out the reason(s) for the non-participation and the substitution tournament decided.

7. If the Player is sent to a substitution tournament, the Site may not be held liable for any costs, loss or damage incurred as a result thereof.

PRIZE

8. If the Player becomes a member of the Team, the Site will be responsible for costs related to the Tournament in accordance with the following.

• Hotel accommodation & site gear: the Player’s basic hotel costs during the period of the Tournament are included in the prize. All additional costs, such as room service, telephone calls, media, meals, destroyed hotel property or honour bar are the sole responsibility of the Player. The Player will be provided with branded merchandise in order to comply with any relevant obligations of the Player set out below.
